#SleeveTheStigma: Students' Creative Contribution for Bell Let's Talk Day
On January 24th, our students are actively supporting Bell Let's Talk Day through the #SleeveTheStigma initiative. They've creatively decorated coffee sleeves with messages of hope, contributing to mental health awareness. These special sleeves will be available at Wapiti Bean Co, Whiskers Cafe, 55a Kaffee, local McDonald's, and Clairmont's A&W.
Parkside is grateful to the CONNECT Capacity Building Team for facilitating our students' participation in this impactful initiative. Bell Let's Talk Day is about breaking mental health barriers and fostering open, supportive conversations.
Bell Let’s Talk provides resources for mental health support, including specific resources for children and youth at Bell Let's Talk.
GPPSD families with students needing mental health support can also talk with their teacher or school administration.
